My name is Breana, but you can call me Bre! (like the cheese)​.  My spiritual journey began with me finding my own healing.  After a series of traumatic events in my life, I had a near-constant feeling of anxiousness. Even the “smallest“ of things felt overwhelming. I was exhausted of this feeling and decided something needed to change!

When I was introduced to meditation and mindfulness, I realized what I was missing. ​These holistic practices helped me get to the root of my problems. They were unlike the temporary solutions I had tried so many of.  ​Eventually, I attended my first Reiki session. I was astounded by it's effects and how much I connected! Each time I left my appointments, I felt more in touch with myself and the universe. ​

Reiki empowered me to discover who I am, and now that is my mission in my practice

I continue to try new things and incorporate a variety of healing modalities into my life.

To me Reiki is special, as It helped me to realize my purpose in this big beautiful world!
